Preparation | A method for preparing ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate, characterized in that the steps of the preparation method are:(1). The following components are successively put into the reaction kettle according to the following weight ratios:(2) the following components are then put into the reaction kettle according to their content: phenothiazine 50-300ppm hydroquinone 100-250ppm copper sulfate 300-800ppm(3) the above components are stirred and mixed in the reaction kettle, the steam valve is opened and heated slowly, and the heating speed is controlled to keep the steam pressure at 0.3-0.5MPa; A stage heating reaction is adopted;(4) Add strong basic anion exchange resin with a weight ratio of 15 ~ 25% to the reaction kettle, wash to neutral, filter, and recycle the resin;(5) Keep the vacuum degree of the reaction kettle greater than -0.09 ~-0.1MPa, remove the solvent at 70~90 ℃, remove the solvent and cool after removing the solvent to obtain ethoxylated trimethylpropane triacrylate. The solvent is one of benzene, toluene and cyclohexane. Moreover, the catalyst is one of p-methylbenzene sulfonic acid, methyl sulfonic acid or silicic acid. Moreover, the specific steps of the heating reaction in the step (3) stage are as follows: method ① raise the reaction temperature to 70-90 ℃ within 0.5-1 hour, then keep the temperature for 3-4 hours, then raise the temperature to 110-116 ℃, keep the temperature, and keep the reflux reaction for 6 hours; or adopt method ② when the temperature rises to 110~116 ℃ for 5 hours and the reaction ends when the temperature reaches 118~120 ℃. |
